If you want to improve your fitness, lose weight or tone up, we have what you need. Over 25 pieces of cardio and resistance equipment as well as a 20 meter indoor track - ideal for circuits and bleep tests.

STRENGTH

If your goal is to build size and strength or you just prefer free weights, then the strength room is perfect. With over 15 pieces of strength equipment you'll be able to hit every body part.

A quieter area, away from the main gym, ideal if you would like to do some stretching or core work.

BOX/FIT

This room provides an opportunity to workout vigorously, using a variation of boxing equipment. Whether it's working out on a heavy bag or setting out a circuit, you'll be sure to get your heart and lungs working and your adrenaline pumping. For hygiene reasons we would ask that you bring your own gloves as you will be unable to use this room without them.

 

EQUIPMENT INCLUDES:

FREE STANDING BAG, UPPERCUT BAG, HEAVY BAG, FLOOR TO CEILING BALL, SKIPPING ROPES, SPEED BALL, SPOT PADS, STRIKE SHIELD AND BLUETOOTH SPEAKER.

Finding the motivation and direction to work out can be a struggle. Our PT's can help by planning your workout and guiding you through it, providing encouragement  throughout, as well as an honest opinion on your training.

We're all different, have different capabilities, different backgrounds, challenges and needs. Maybe you need help putting together a specific training plan? We can provide a plan that's tailored to you and help you reach your goals. We can also make alterations along the way to keep you in line with your progress, if your goals change or if you simply wish to try something new. 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Victoria offers a functional fitness-based boot camp for men and women every Sunday at 8am. The hour long session aims to improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your strength, help you lose unwanted weight and tone up whilst having fun! All abilities are welcome as all exercises can be progressed or regressed.
